Fire Watch Pro
Continuous condition monitoring for a building's fire systems. It reads the fire panel, pumps, tanks and fans and reports readiness to the cloud, all the time, not once a year.
About Fire Watch ProSiya Habitats builds the software and systems that keep a building fire safe between inspections: continuous monitoring, code-cited audits, clause-cited answers and drawing checks.
Fire Watch Pro watches the equipment. Fire Audit Pro, Fire Code Expert and the Drawing Checker work from the code itself, so every finding they make carries its clause.

About Fire Watch ProAn offline-first audit app. It builds the checklist for that specific building from the code, captures findings on site without signal, and produces the report from the same data.
About Fire Audit ProAsk a fire code question in plain words. Get an answer cited to the clause, or an honest statement that the code does not say. No language model writes the answers.
About Fire Code ExpertTakes a submitted drawing set, works out what the building needs for its fire NOC, checks the drawing against it with every rule cited, and drafts an indicative fire layer.
About Drawing CheckerThree rules run through everything we make.
Requirements are worked out for that building from its occupancy, height, basements, floor area and sprinklers. Nobody is shown a question that cannot apply.
Checks, answers and drawing findings carry the clause they come from, across national, state and city rules and the Indian Standards they call up.
When the code does not hold a value, the tools say so. Fire Code Expert composes answers from retrieved rules, so it cannot invent a requirement.
Fire equipment passes inspection on inspection day and then degrades silently. A register entry proves a visit happened, not that the pumps will start.
Two Indian states now require continuous monitoring of fire systems by law. In Maharashtra the relevant instrument is the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures (Amendment) Rules, 2025, notified on 12 June 2025. The statutory name for the category is an Automated Continuous Monitoring System (ACMS).

Siya Habitats is a fire safety engineering company in Nagpur, India. It builds software and systems that keep buildings fire safe between inspections: Fire Watch Pro for continuous monitoring of fire systems, Fire Audit Pro for code-cited fire and life safety audits, Fire Code Expert for clause-cited answers to fire code questions, and a drawing checker for fire NOC submissions.
Siya Habitats Pvt. Ltd. is the technology and services division of the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE), Nagpur. Its registered office is Siya House, 62 Prerana Nagar, Katol Road, Nagpur 440013.
An ACMS watches a building's fire infrastructure continuously, such as the fire alarm panel, fire pumps, water tanks and fans, and reports whether it is ready, instead of relying on a register entry made on inspection day. Two Indian states now require continuous monitoring by law. Fire Watch Pro is Siya Habitats' ACMS.
The rule corpus behind Fire Code Expert, which also runs inside Fire Audit Pro, holds 2,967 rule records across 12 packs, including the National Building Code of India 2016 Part 4, the Maharashtra Schedule I with its notes, the Delhi Fire Service Rules 2010 as amended in 2025, and eight Indian Standards. Fire Audit Pro also covers process and industrial safety for factory, storage and hazardous occupancies.
Its tools derive the requirements for each building from the code itself, cite the clause for every check, and say plainly when the code does not answer a question. Effective dates are tied to the building's sanction date, not to today, so an older building is checked against the rules that applied to it.
